24. Low Carb Cooking with Kay
Savannah is now 18 months! I guess that means its time to stop calling this baby weight and blaming it on pregnancy. So now, its time to start cutting the carbs and the junk. I love the progress of keto but, for me, its so restrictive. I am starting this journey by minimizing carbs and cancelling sodas and meaningless snacking. I am also back to intermittent fasting (16:8).
