Cancellation Policy

Introduction Welcome to Kay for Kids, Homeschool Made Easy. We offer support in homeschool registration, consultations, and virtual readings to help families create effective homeschooling experiences. Scope of Services -Homeschool Registration: Assistance with state-specific homeschooling laws, requirements, and document preparation. -Homeschool Consultations: Personalized advice on curriculum planning, resources, teaching methods, and addressing specific learning needs. -Virtual Readings: Interactive online sessions to enhance literacy skills and provide supplementary educational support. Service Delivery -Initial Consultation: Required to assess family needs, goals, and current homeschooling setup, conducted via phone or video call. -Scheduling: Services must be scheduled in advance with at least 24 hours' notice. Subject to availability. -Communication: Primarily via email, phone, or video conferencing. Payment and Fees -Fee Structure: Services billed hourly or per session. Packages may be available. -Payment Terms: Payment is due prior to each session. Invoices are issued in advance, and services confirmed upon receipt of payment. Accepted payments: credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. -Cancellation and Refunds: At least 24 hours' notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. There are no refunds for cancellations. Confidentiality and Privacy -Data Protection: Personal information and educational records are kept confidential and used solely for providing services. -Privacy Policy: We adhere to strict privacy practices to protect client data. Client Responsibilities -Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their homeschooling situation. -Engagement: Active participation in consultations and virtual readings is essential for best outcomes. Dispute Resolution -Complaints: Prompt communication of any complaints or concerns to resolve issues amicably and efficiently. -Mediation: If disputes cannot be resolved directly, mediation services may be sought for a fair resolution.
