- Scheduling: Services must be scheduled in advance with at least one week notice, subject to availability.

- Communication: Primarily via email, phone, or video conferencing for efficient service delivery.


Payment and Fees

- Fee Structure: Services are billed prior to each session. Packages may be available.

- Payment Terms: Payment is due prior to each session. Invoices are issued in advance, and services are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer payments.

- Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee. Refunds for prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
